These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vero mobile application (“the App”) operated by Vero Labs, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
Vero presents candlestick chart snippets from historical market data and asks you to predict the direction. It is a skill-based game designed for entertainment and pattern-recognition training.
Vero does not involve real-money gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind. In-game currencies (coins, XP) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
Vero is free. There are no subscriptions, no advertising, and no in-app purchases. In-game currencies (coins, XP) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for anything.
The App links to TraderMatrix Pro, a separate paid product operated by the same team. Following that link takes you to a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Nothing in Vero is a recommendation to purchase it.
Violation of fair-play rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
All content in the App (including but not limited to graphics, UI design, game mechanics, and text) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is final after a 90-day grace period: during the grace period you can sign back in to cancel, after which removal is permanent and cannot be undone.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
